Terms of Service

Effective 29 March 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AID ("the Service"), operated by aidapp.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AID is a subscription-based platform that aggregates and tracks CVEs, EPSS exploitation scores, CISA advisories, and related security intelligence for ICS, OT, and IIoT products. Data is sourced from public databases including NIST NVD, FIRST EPSS, and CISA ICS-CERT.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds issued for unused time except at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without written permission.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Intellectual property

The AID platform, including its design, code, and compiled data presentation, is owned by aidapp.uk. CVE and advisory data is sourced from public databases (NIST NVD, CISA) and EPSS data from FIRST.org; all remains subject to their respective terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute AID's compiled data without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that CVE or advisory data is complete, accurate, or up to date. AID is an information tool; it does not constitute professional security advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained from the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aidapp.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, without notice where the breach is serious. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
