Effective 29 March 2026
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in.
AID uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | AID | Keeps you signed in between page loads | 30 days |
| next-auth.csrf-token | AID | Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks | Session |
| next-auth.callback-url | AID | Remembers where to redirect you after sign-in | Session |
| __stripe_* | Stripe | Required for secure payment processing | Session |
Under PECR (UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement. Because AID uses only cookies essential for the service to function (authentication and payment security), we are not required to ask for your consent to set them. We do, however, inform you of their existence through this policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to AID. Stripe cookies are required for the checkout process to work securely.
If we introduce new cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy, add them to the table above, and request consent where required.
